TABLE TYPE HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE - WFT 13 CNC

The Horizontal Boring Mills from FERMAT Machinery is manufactured for effectual and precise functioning. The Table Type Horizontal Boring Machine Model - WFT 13 CNC is a finely designed horizontal borer that features the best-in-class technology implementable across varied industrial operations. This technology incorporates a unique concept in the table type CNC boring mill arena and is drawing toward exceptional demand in the market today. Special parts such as the high axial forces and powerful headstock make this boring mill the most sought after under the T-Type CNC Boring Mill class.
The multipurpose FERMAT WFT 13 CNC Mill holds a sophisticated design, which assists in processing large to heavy work pieces in a highly efficient manner along with offering remarkable quality. WFT 13 CNC Mill is equipped with AC Servometers, Rotary Table, Longitudinal & Transversal Beds and Automatic Pallet Systems that ensure operational efficiency, thus match the clients' requirements accurately.
WFT 13 CNC Specifications
Design
The machine features a modular design that helps the customers with ease of configuration to meet their specific requirements. Every component that goes into making of the machine is sourced from well-established and quality-oriented manufacturers. The design descriptions include:
⦁    X-axis travel from 1500 to 5000 mm
⦁    Y-axis travel from 1700 mm to 3500 mm
⦁    Z-axis travel 1200 mm, or 1700 mm for Y-axis from 1700 mm to 2500 mm
⦁    Z-axis travel 1500 mm or 2000 mm for Y-axis 3000 mm and 3500 mm
The CNC rotary table is produced in three different dimensions such as:
⦁    1600 x 1800 mm
⦁    1800 x 2200 mm with maximum table load 15 tons
⦁    2000 x 2400 mm with maximum table load 20 tons
Axes
The X, Y, Z, W and B axes embedded in the WFT 13 machine enable smooth operation of four linear and one rotary axes. A constant and simultaneous B-axis rotation enabled by the rotary table option is in sync with the other axes. The axis-specific ability simplifies functions such as metal cutting and work-piece clamping through the Z & X axes' movement. The ball screw alignment, powerful headstock, rigid column and powerful headstock of the Y-axis and other operational proficiencies of the machine are most precise.
Some of the other significant features of the machine that account to high precision functioning include standard spindle thermal monitoring system, no-slip-stick rotary table and Heidenhain linear scales.
Control Systems
Proven quality in CNC systems help with simple and skilful management of the machine and its controls for end-users. The Control Systems used in WFT 13 CNC are Siemens 840D, Fanuc 31i and iTNC 530, which altogether enhance its overall performance.
